Yoga has many therapeutic benefits for children, it helps them developing emotionally and physically in a safe, nurturing and caring environment.
Yoga can help children counter the pressure they encounter in their daily life teaching them self-love and respect along with techniques for relaxation and body awareness. It encourages their creativity to flow, their fears, anger and sadness to release, their trust in the inner self to shine, their minds and hearts to be in synch.
Yoga cultivates confidence and self-discipline with a physical activity that’s non- competitive. It invites children to explore cooperation, compassion and kindness towards themselves and others. From this awareness, changes and growth in new and positive directions can blossom.

I run classes of Yoga for children of different ages: 2.5-4 yrs; 5-8yrs; 9-12yrs.
I have a strong connection with children and I integrate my passion for yoga and my love for children delivering a class that is spontaneous and follows the energy of the group. Every child is unique and children’s needs are very different from one another so my aim is to connect with every little soul in the room and being a loving conduit of the yoga teachings.
I believe children are capable of much more than what we think, and my aim is to offer them a loving and nurturing environment where they can express themselves and reconnect with their powerful Self.
